As a narrative designer, I wrote a large portion of dialogue that came to be included in the final version of the game. The only thing from the document that would not go on to be added into the final version woud be Khalil's journal, due to time constraints.
With a narrative centered around examinations of human nature, I felt it important to tell many different types of stories. I wanted to demonstrate different ways that people respond to catastrophe, especially through the lenses of the collapse of social structures and unique perspectives driven by differences in upbringing or demographics.
